"Spirited Away"..... just awesome on every level....
I watched and...I just could not get into it. I really enjoyed it, mind you. But not in my top 50 for sure.
Princess Bride.
It has something for everyone and is just an all round entertaining film.
The Godfather.
Just a cinematic masterpiece. The way it is put together makes it compelling to watch.
The Red Shoes.
Just an amazing piece of film history.
The Princess Bride is just perfection. Great actors, just the right amount of serious and funny, and great characters and writing.
Not quite as good as the Princess bride imo, but Nimona is up there as well. One of the most impactful messages, amazing animation, great symbolism of how looks can be deceiving, (like putting the evil characters in the light and the good characters in the shadows in most scenes, and having the villains be the good guys), and such an important message for those who are different (I think it appeals to hyperactive ADHD and lgbt people the most, but I think the message can fit for anyone, really)
The beer drinker in me:
"Smokey And The Bandit"
The wine connaisseur in me:
"Sideways"
Seriously absolutely love both movies.
Paddington 2.
Can someone tell me one thing wrong with this film. It's literally for all ages.
Can't pick one, so here are a few: Godfather parts 1 and 2, The Big Lebowski, Airplane!, Back To The Future.
Airplane. Nuff said.
