which fantasy novel do you think deserves tone s of praise

" Perdido Street Station" by China Melville.... and the follow up novels, " The Scar " and " Iron Council"..... just the most innovative world building I've ever read..... just drops you into this world, and let's you explore.... The main character is the city itself and the narrative just weaves itself through those dark streets....
Just magical....

And any or all of the Eternal Champion series by Michael Moorcock..... pure brilliance!!
