Don Martin in Mad Magazine.
Calvin and Far Side are obvious faves, but Don Martin was a strong early influence on what I considered funny, and my favorite regular feature in Mad Magazine. Even if he takes a back seat to others, I wanted to show my appreciation. Among TV toons, Rocky and Bullwinkle filled a similar role.
I grew up watching A LOT of animated series a kid. I was definitely obsessed with My Little Pony (original 80s series) and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (original series.) I still love the both of them.
