Clothes. As a girl it’s harder to find shirts that aren’t cut in half or shorts that go to at least mid thigh.

I'm thin, under 130 lbs, over 6 1/2 ft, so finding clothes for me is pretty difficult. If I can find the perfect size at stores, they're almost always skin tight s**t, so I don't have many clothes. I don't want people seeing the outline of my d**k.

I'd have to say music.

The 2010's was the golden age for pop music in my opinion. Nowadays, most songs are about sex, drugs, money, getting drunk, crime, and breakups. I miss the time when music actually had meaning.

I can only name a three artists that still make good music: AJR, Imagine Dragons, and... Nope, That's it.

You must be young! In the 80's, arguably the best era in music (not necessarily pop), most songs were about sex, drugs and breakups. Actually thinking about it, it's been that way since the 50's.

I saw a meme not too long ago "How is my patience so short and the day so long?". Seemed appropriate here. 🤷🤪. I can totally relate.

Being a child. Kids these days have it so much harder than I did when I was a kid. They feel so much more societal pressure, between being signed up for every extracurricular activity imaginable to constant bombardment from media (social and otherwise). They don't get enough time to just BE A CHILD. Although we do our best to limit all that, I wish I could help my daughter hold onto her innocence and sense of wonder longer. Go play, sweetie. Play all day!

and the fact that they will be harassed more irl if they dont have social media and harrassed more online for merely being young (even if they have every right to be there, and are within the age range)

Yes!! I liked The Simpsons, but they should have had their last season a decade or 2 ago.

Homeware!

I've had 3 washing machines in 8 years. My mam is still using the same one she had when I was a kid.
My oven has only lasted 4 years and needs replacing as it's beyond repair!

Sofa's are just not as comfortable as they used to be!

Music is like fashion. A lot of people get stuck in one time period and never move on.
There is always good music being put out. There's also always a ton of c**p.

Every generation thinks every other generation has sh*** music. They're are all right. They are also all wrong.

I don't think it has. I think it's just spoken about more. Sex for pleasure doesn't "cheapen" it. Besides, sexual revolutions have been happening throughout history. The ancient Greeks & Romans, The Christian Cathars from the 12th century (theirs lasted nigh on 200 years!), The Sexual enlightenment of the 1780's-90's, The Free love movement in the 1840's, The summer of Love in the 1960's-70's.

Pontiac, great in the 50s and 60s. Or even 70s... up to the point when the brand got canceled. Because of misfires like the Aztec.
Firebird WS6 at the very end was still cool though.

And movies. All sequels, reboots and superheroes.

Body Positivity

I'm not so much into all that stuff but when it came up I thought thank God, maybe all this comes to an end now.
I thought this is about finally showing yourself how you really like with not white teeth, messy hair, unperfect body, whatever etc. To send a message like "This is how I am and how we all look and we're beautiful as we are"

But now people are crying about its fatshaming to say being overweight is unhealthy. Also it's not discrimination if I think overweight is not attractive which don't mean overweight people can't be attractive.

I'm not attractive in any way. I'm thin so you can see ribs, cheekbones, etc, although it's faint, and my weight is under average for my age and height (6'7''+). I still have some muscle but I look horrible.
