I de-activated my Facebook account. Doing so has been the single biggest stress-reducer in my life. I don’t know if I will ever go back.

This year I got better at appreciating how I look.
I go to actual on site school, so of course I have to wear a mask (not complaining, just stating a fact). While having 2/3 f my face covered all day, I started noticing my eyes more. I started appreciating how I look instead of dogging myself on it. Then after the school day was over, my mom (who also worked at the school I go to) would say things like "You look much better now that I can see all of your face! My confidence boost went up quite a bit this year. Even though I'm still self conscious, anxious, and quirky, I feel a lot better about both my looks and my personality.
