French fries and Broccoli Cheddar Soup. (I miss when McD's had broccoli cheddar soup and their fries were a buck.)
I don't think they have ever had soup there in Australia. It is really interesting to me the different regional foods Maccas has in other countries.
Cream cheese, banana, and jelly sandwhiches. Im allergic to peanuts so my mom made me these instead of PB nJ
That sounds like a better choice I think- I'm not a big fan of sweet things with peanut butter, but haven't specifically tried a PBnJ as it's not a common choice in Australia.
Sauerkraut with practically anything. One summer my best friend and I had the summer of kraut. We tried it with literally everything. It's really good in burritos and spaghetti. But I suppose you'd have to like kraut in the first place. 😁
Thin apple slices inside a grilled cheese sandwich.
Fruit and cheese in general is pretty good but I've never tried this.
Peanut butter and a spoon
Ground bologna with ground dill pickles mixed with mayo. Spread on a slice of bread (any kind) add a slice of Velveeta and put under the broiler until golden and melty. Yummmmmm!
Either peanut butter and cheese or peanut butter and lettuce sandwiches- for some reason most people are puzzled when I mention them, but I don't think they are that unusual.
Canned tuna and toaster waffles!! My mom made us tuna sandwiches with toaster waffles instead of bread once because we'd run out of bread and she hadn't realized it til she'd already opened the can. It's my favorite way to make tuna sandwiches now. Lol
Fritos scoops and Welch's strawberry jelly. The combination of sweet jelly and salty crunch just fit together. Also canned pineapple tidbits, canned mandarin oranges, and dried cranberries. The juice plumps up the cranberries and... yum.
