sometimes try to remember something happy and a song that makes me happy , and drink some water....
Stroke my fluffy doggo, his lil happy face always makes me feel better ☺️
Just stay and observe myself and how I feel. Try to describe these feelings. To see where they come from. Acknowledge that it is absolutely ok to be sad and lonely from time to time. Avoid putting pressure on myself to be "positive and happy" (that's very toxic).
Understand and accept myself with the sadness and loneliness too, not only with happiness and optimism, because all of these together made me into who I am.
Listen to Hozier and eat an entire family sized bag of cheddar Ruffles in the shower...
I had to google 'cheddar Ruffles' and frankly I'm appalled! That's not shower food. Bath, acceptable, but not shower. For the shower, if it's not fresh fruit then it needs to be something waterproof, like Haribo.
I cry, lay down on my bed, and stare at the ceiling until my throat does not hurt anymore then I get back to work.
listen to random songs and go on bored panda because i feel this on a daily basis so much it's become part of my routine
Connect either beetlejuice or heathers the musical to my speaker in my room and blare it at full volume and just belt along to it. usually helps, and even if it doesn't, it distracts me from why im sad
