I go to my room and listen to music and sing slow songs. it helps me calm down. I read a little, and when I'm ready, I try again at what I was mad at.
Lift weights
Play my drums
Play my bass guitar.
All 3 things keep me from choking da peeples!
(Works great for anxiety too...)
