Tell us what you do when you get really angry. Oh, and by the way, don't be racist, please.

I can take a lot. But when I snap, I just scream and just, well, get really physical. I'm sorry to to say that. It would be very helpful if you could give me some advice to help me to stop getting angry so easily.
I only have one emotion. Anger. So I’m angry about pretty much everything. All the time. It’s kind of exhausting. But it helps me keep moving and doing things. When I’m really really angry, I shake all over like my Jack Russell during a storm. I break things. I scream. Well. More like roar. And my husband is always saying when I sigh while angry I sound like a hissing cat and growl like a dog when I speak. I usually run outside to pace so I’m not near my pets while I’m angry. I wouldn’t want to push them away or yell at them. I don’t feel the same way about people.
I have friends like that. I try really hard to hold on to them and not lose my friends.
I’m angry most of the time… And usually just swallow it. However if it gets really unbearable I grab a pencil and scribble really hard on a piece of paper. It really helps me.
I say every bad thing I want to tell people in my mind. I have found that it helps me somehow.
When I’m really angry I break things. No, not to hurt anyone or be mean. At garage sales, thrift stores, along side dumpsters or junk left out on garbage day -- I collect plates, frames, glasses, mirrors, statues & bic-a-brac, take everything out to a faraway field and BREAK THINGS! Sometimes I throw them against rocks, throw them in the air so they fall on a rock . . . I’m so good I can throw a plate in the air and break it with another plate as it’s coming down. Releases a bad attitude. Feels great to destroy!
