I love the coloring books for adults that are all over recently, really takes my mind of things. And keeping a diary... Sounds terrible but it helps me clear my head before going to sleep. Just a few words or lines are enough.

Play with my dog, talk with my cat, do some yoga, sweet talk to hubby, learn something new and useful, cook some food, make some cake or cookies, cook some more ;) find a way to serve people around me :) that is enough to occupy a whole day

Sports. Running in the woods, running with the kids in a carrier, cycling, mountain biking, swimming. Results in an exhausted body but leads to a fresh mind.

I teach painting and decorating to adults from all back grounds. I find a sense of humor and wit helps a lot. Especially people who suffer from depression.

Many of you probably know, but I love writing poems and daydreaming and making up stories to keep me positive. I also take a little me time and I also pray. It helps. I'm Catholic by the way.

I have several notebooks - one is a diary, one is "random facts", one is prayers (i'm lutheran), 1 is drawings/doodles, and 2 or 3 are just notes.
