when you can barely move, eating is a chore, showering is just a fantasy. Social life is non existant. Ive been there, and so have many of you. we need hope, people. we 👏 need 👏 ideas 👏

Zomething that helped me was to write every day at least one good thing. It could be a quality of mine or something that happened. As simple as "today it was sunny" or "I exercised today". Just small things to remind you of the small good things in life.

For me the only thing that could pull me out in the end was medication. Other than that I was able to stay grounded by being able to talk to my friend about how I felt. That communication kept me sane before I could fully get help.

You have to stick to getting help. It takes time no doubt, but your future and outcome is going to be so much better. I know you can get though this because your incredibly stronger than what you think.

See a psychiatrist. Get prescription drugs. Keep doing it forever. If you are not a millionnaire, that's the only solution.
