Hey Pandas, What Are Your Tips For Losing Weight And Keeping It Off?
I am a teenage girl and wondering how i can lose weight and keep it off. How have you guys done it and kept the weight off? Do you have certain diets/foods, or workouts you would recommend? I am not overweight, just wondering. If you have any tips that would be great :)

I am not supporting any kind of eating disorder habits on this page. Only healthy tips please- i do not want this to be triggering in any sort of way for people. Do not mention your own build or weight please.

Look up your personal BMI to check if you're in the right range, it's based on height, weight and age. The best way to stay in shape is a healthy balanced diet and lifestyle, make this a habbit like brushing your teeth as opposed to a trend or a new hobby.
Eat healthy and exercise. It really isn’t that hard. Limit junk food and sugar, not too many carbs, and get moving
Cut back on the carbs.
HOWEVER, it is important to note to cut back on sugar too. A lot of carb-free/low carb things have a ton of sugar, which is just converted into carbs in your body anyway.
