In our life's journey, we learn a lot of lessons. Some lessons leave a sweet memory while some test our strength in situations of struggle. Sometimes, we need to be bold and act courageously, after all, life lessons are always learned the hard way.

Life isn’t always fair. You might deserve something, you might even have earned something, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you’re going to get it.

You can be utterly in love with someone but, if they don’t feel the same way, there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it.

1) You're never going to get the answers and if you do get them it isn't want you're going to want to hear. This specifically relates to almost all trauma. You'll never know why it happened, if you do find out it will never be the whole truth nor the answer you want to hear. This also includes people taking responsibility for their actions, or saying they're sorry. That's wrapped up in the 'you're not going to get answers and if you do you're not gonna like it'. Don't force someone to admit they were wrong, it's usually never genuine if they'll actually do it.

2) You don't need to know everything. This sounds a bit weird but hear me out. Even if you think you can handle knowing everything, you can't. This is everything from knowing what kind of candy your friend likes to who really shot JFK. In my personal opinion there's just stuff I just don't need to know. Focus on things that actually matter and realize no matter how much you learn there will never be enough time for you to actually learn everything. Also, for your health, it's not worth it. I've watched ever single president of the U.S. hair white out within a month to two after they've been elected. If the stress does it to them, just imaging what it'll do to everyone. I don't wanna know and sometimes ignorance is bliss is a good thing.

I rode my scooter down a hill on a rainy day and I slipped. While leaving the house my mother told me not to drive today. But you know that had to become a hard lesson.

You can't artificially construct who you are just because you "would like to." I.e., you won't become a paragon of virtue just because that sounds ideal.

And the second one for me is that I need to focus more on doing what I want. I can't just force myself to do stuff I don't like just because it's the right thing to do. I.e., start projects because someone talked you into it.

You can‘t really be sure about where you will be or what you will be doing five years from now. Things might happen that change all your plans or the way you are living.

You should not try to be the way you think others want you to be.

Alcohol is not the answer to pain. (Took 15 years to figure that out)

You are not Mary Poppins.
Don’t hit a bro to in ark and expect it to be knocked out (it destroyed my whole base and killed all my creatures).

Don't try to change yourself because you think that will make someone love you. If it's meant to be they will love you just as you are.

Never step on a rake to see if it will be like in cartoons and smack you in the forehead. It will!
