If you want to cry, cry. Dont bottle up your feeling. Also, find a way to express yourself like art, fashion , writing, whatever.

    Be accepting of yourself including your flaws. You dont have to strive for perfection and learn from your mistakes. Never give up. Failure isn't failure unless you stop trying. Learn to love yourself. You cant love itgers without loving yourself. Own your mistakes. Be true to yourself and start everyday with a positive attitude. Leave the past in the past. You cannot change it. Live in the moment. Set small goals and achieve them. If you cant change a situation, let it go. Life is to short. Make every day count.

    Seek help if you feel like you need it. Regardless of how much your friends and family love you, it is nearly impossible for them to not be biased. Using a professional, unbiased mental health worker is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

    I saw in your profile that you mostly listen to EDM and electronic "music".

    Maybe try checking out some music with actual instruments and artists with vocal talent and soul. Seriously not trying to be a b*tch, but robot music lacks so much artful humanity that really is necessary to being a person. Maybe look for something culturally significant to you, or representative of your feelings, or childhood.
