Robocop. Not much left of the original dark-humored violent version.
Fantastic Four with Miles Teller.
Tim Burtons Planet of the Apes.
Hellboy. Not the same without Perlman.
I think the latest Dr Strange movie was really bad
I watched it a regretted it (I actually took a nap bc it was so terrible)
Ghost in the shell...... An absolute travesty!!! The dumbed down story, the white washing, even the cityscape was so overdone ( the anime was futuristic but not over the top sci fi ), the whole thing was a mess.... Why Hollywood insists on live action anime adaptions is a mystery? None of them are any good!! AND as for the upcoming americanized live action re make of " Your Name"? Fkn blasphemy!!! The very idea makes me want to vomit!! Keep your fkn hands off!!!!!
Not a movie but teen titans go... pls just bring back the original... or pls just get rid of this show 😭😭🙁
Star Wars Movies 7-9. We had a good thing going there with 6, why mess it up?
The 2020 live action Mortal Kombat movie. It was not really game accurate and there was a lot of stuff that should’ve been in there and lots of stuff that shouldn’t have.(I haven’t even watched it tbh lol, but I probably won’t because my favorite character scorpion is mis represented). This is gonna sound weird but the animated MK Legenda movies are better, I recommend them. K have a nice day.
The Resident Evil Netflix series - the action-horror movie try didn't work, so let's make it an angsty teen sibling drama with horror tropes thrown in...oh, and for good measure, just so they don't forget it's tied to Resident Evil, let's throw meta-references from the video games at the audience every five minutes just to remind them that "Hey, it's still Resident Evil!"
Let's be honest. The Star Wars Sequel Trilogy was a soft reboot. As far as I'm concerned, Disney's real continuity ends with the Book of Boba Fett.
I think all reboots are stupid. That being said, I would like to see a reboot of Blazing Saddles... On second thought, theatres should just start showing the original.
