About that, did you know that a group of eminent researchers, made up of psychiatrists and psychologists, recently studied Trump's behavior in the media? They came to these conclusions: - When he scratches his chin, he is telling the truth. - When he touches his ear, he is telling the truth. - When he puts his hair back, he is telling the truth. - It's when he opens his mouth that he lies.

Years ago, I was working as a junior assistant at the small company. One day it turned out that somebody had stolen a large sum of money from the safe cabinet. They could't find out who it was, and the manager decided the prejudice would be covered by the 3 people who were reportedly present in the office when the theft occurred, from their salaries (although there was no proof any of them did it).

Fast forward a few years, it turned out that the thief was another employee - a highly regarded, trusted person who was close to the manager and was involved in company's management decisions. This woman - let's call her Anna - had access to all documents and valuables. She admitted the theft and recalled how she took the money jumped off the window (the office was on the ground floor). She was fired, but was hired again by the manager the following year. His justification: "She is very sorry and she is an excellent salesperson."

No compensation or apologies were offered to the 3 (now former) employees who had been wrongly punished for Anna's theft. No legal action was taken by the company against Anna. She seemed proud for "outsmarting" everyone and for getting into good terms with the manager again.

Made me sick. My 3 former colleagues were also junior, low paid, struggling people. I resigned shortly after. Last time I heard about this company, there was another scandal for some missing money and important papers. Some people never learn I guess.

Were the manager + Anna sleeping together? Is that why nothing happened to her?

A relative swindled my grandma out of all her savings and her mortgage. She had her house paid off long ago. She had a safe in her home of all her savings, hundreds of thousands. No debt at all. Until this relative became her power of attorney.
Of course, this went on for a few years until relative #2 overheard something suspicious and exposed everything.
My grandma died hundreds of thousands in debt and her house, that the swindling relative made her remortgage, ended up foreclosing. The swindler has been cut off by half the family. The other half are still talking to her and some were in on it.
