well my thing i would do is i used to pet my cat or i would just drop everything and go get some fresh air and a walk around the neghborhood i also try to take five to ten minutes when i get home from school/work to just be on my own and relax

Music / daydreaming is how I deal with stress
I clean and organize the s#%€ out of something. I’m normally not a neat freak but the exercise of ordering something when I’m feeling chaotic gives me a sense of purpose and is a good outlet to channel funky energy.

Take a hike
Read
Swim
Lounge in a hammock
Take a bicycle ride
Drawing
Calling a friend you haven't spoken to in months or even years and catching up
Yoga is good as stress relief for your body and mind, music, listening to or reading a book, a pet or communication with an understanding person, a hobby. Nothing will relieve stress 100%, but these could help.
