Thick-Crust Pizza With Sausage, Venison, Pepperoni, And Bacon
Start with crust that would make two normal thin-crust 12" pizzas, and make one thick 14" crust of them. Add the sauce, then sprinkle a little oregano, crushed red pepper and powdered garlic onto the sauce to get the seasonings wet and let the flavor bake in. Spread browned sausage and venison onto the sauce. Then add some grated parmesan / romano cheese, followed by shredded mozzarella and a little parmesan. Next, add the pepperoni and bacon, and dust a little more grated parmesan / romano on top. Then bake.
