(Joint) Hypermobility for you. You need to start training your muscles (for the future to come). I'm forty plus and my hypermobility is now causing me a lot of hassle (twistings, dislocations etc). Being flexible like a rubber band was fun at first, but now the rubber bands are NOT stretchy anymore. Just extremely loose. Take care and all the best.

Watch it. Double jointed is same as hyperflexibility. It makes you many times more prone to broken bones. I speak with eperience.

I can click, grind, pop and dislocate my jaw. Hurts if I do it too much. I can do it all on purpose but it also sometimes happens when I eat, yawn, smoke (when I did).

I didnt know many people could do the finger thing where you make lines on your knuckles, I taught myself to do my fingers and toes when I was little and I thought I was one of the only ones so cool that my fellow pandas can do it too!!!

I can open n close my tongue, move my left eye alone, do each eyebrow up n down one at a time. I do this repeatedly all at the same time to make a funny face. Too bad I can’t put a video on here☹️

I can wiggle my ears, crack my pinky fingers and big toes, flare my nostrils, bend all of my fingers backwards at a 90 degree angle, touch my feet to my head while laying on my stomach, put my feet behind my head, and more lol :)

I can wiggle my ears, flare my nostrils, play ping pong with my eyeballs, cry on command, contract my tensor tymponi on command (ear rumbling), and crack my pinky finger over and over, but all of those are hard to get in picture form. If I do this, I'll show off how far I can bend my knees backward, or turn my foot all the way around.

It won't let me post, but I can open and relax my nostrils at will. I found out that I could do this when I was bored as heck in the hospital at the age of about 8.

I can swallow gulps of air and burp on command. I can talk while burping. I've said the entire alphabet in one burp before.

I can bend all my toes under and walk on my toe knuckles. Like when I do it and look down I can't see my toes at all.

My hidden talent: I can also do the shell thingy. Bent my thumb backwards at the first joint, can also bent the rest of my fingers back at the palm. My right hand's middle finger at the first joint can also bent back ward, AND I can write perfectly upside down. And my left hand's thumb can bent al the way back over my wrist touching my watch
