I walked around school oblivious to the fact that I had a note taped to my back that read ‘beware da hedgehog, the mighty bundle of spikiness and aggression’

The best I've gotten away with is answering the phone with the automated speech from when a call doesn't go through. The whole," Your call could not be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try again." I've had a few people hang up, then immediately recall to let me know something is wrong with my phone.

Serial prank. Husband and I bought a couple gnomes. He started it. Got to work one day, found it in my computer bag. Game on. He finds it in his underwear drawer. Its been found..in luggage, looking out the front window waiting for him to come home, buckled in the backseat of my car, in our daughter's computer bag (She didn't find it funny), it even turned up on our honeymoon road trip.

I hadn't thought about for a while, until today. Unfortunately, it's in my car and it's 9 degrees Fahrenheit, windy, and slippery so it'll have to wait another day or two until he finds it in.. maybe either the freezer or the liquor cabinet 😆

Called the hardware store I worked at, and, in a preposterously over-the-top twang, asked if they had bags of dog manure for my tomato plants.

I knew the cashier who picked up and she never caught on that it was me

One time I (11F) Prank my Mom while she was driving by going limp and acting like I passed out. I was able to pull it of for 5 minutes (longest I can usually go without laughing) and only stop when she started to get scared. Of course she was mad at me as any parent would be but it was worth it, LOL!

(PS: This is my Mom's google account)

Not me but a friend did this to his in-laws. His in-laws bought a house and while helping them move in he got a pair a boots from a thrift shop. He was at the house alone and made a boot print on the living room ceiling. Couple of months go by and it finally gets noticed. It bothered his mother-in-law so bad that she painted over it. The boot print magically came back in the same place. Happen 2 or 3 more time. He's got her convinced that the house has is haunted and things will stay calm as long as the boot print is there.

My best prank was giving my mom a stone that said "Turn me over" and when she turned it over it said "You just took orders from a rock"

On April fools when I was younger I put a zipblock full of uncooked noodles under the toilet seat so when my parents sat on it it sounded like they broke the toilet

At my old job, I got our production manager. One day he left early so I used double-sided tape and stuck his mousepad to the desk, mouse to the pad, and inside the handle of the phone on his desk. There was a couple other things I taped down too.

Have the taxpayers fund your disease research and then charge them again for a vaccine designed to fight the virus you created with their money. Hahaha...

Mine was the first April Fools prank I pulled on my boyfriend. Normally I don't bother with AF. We're in a long distance relationship and wanted to have some fun with him but not make him too angry nor upset and cause a break up.

I like to spoil him. I've even gotten his cats a scratch post and toys for Christmas.
So, I was online looking up cat stuff and came upon little costumes and pet strollers. I showed him some pictures of these items. He sent laughing emojis. I replied "Wouldn't your cats be so cute in little dresses? They could be our pet children XD"
He found it hilarious but knew I wasn't being serious, so I got the idea and took the opportunity of April 1st to take it a step further.
Me: "I put them in my Amazon basket." (Showed him a screen shot of the stroller and most ridiculously frilly cat dress and fairy costume I did put in my Amazon basket.)
Him: "What you mean? I didn't ask you to buy them."
Me: "But I already made the purchased. It will be there in the next week."
Him: " WHAT?! Babe. We don't do that here."
It went on like that for another minute. I let him fret for a about 30 minutes.
I had his sister in on it from the start. She was giving me updates on his moaning, thinking I really did make a purchase. When I thought he had enough I put an April Fools post on my Facebook telling him not to worry.

My sister is terrified of mice, but when she was walking into the living room, I grabbed a black sock, and slid it across the room. She thought it was a mouse! I couldn't stop laughing...
