From my previous post. Assuming Peter Wedel is the father of Dorothy, who married Lou Campbell. I searched for a bit years ago to find any more information or living relatives (maybe a decade) to no avail, and then ended up putting these in the safe and forgot about them until seeing this post. Maybe some free time and I will search again. Or if any Pandas want to look, maybe you can find some clues. This is all that I found in that desk, other than a small slip of paper from Rosalie, stating that Dortha and Lou wed on Christmas day 1918.
Love Letter From The Past. 1918
Found this behind an old desk when cleaning out an empty house. Lou and his beloved Dortha (Dorothy) were married that same year on Christmas day at Chase Kansas. They had a daughter Rosalie, who gave birth at 16 at St Rose Hospital in Great Bend Kansas IMG_4348-6...20a494.jpg
The oldest is probably me. And the newest is the parsnips I bought at the store that are in the fridge
Oldest thing, besides fossils, is an ancient roman coin. Just a little less than two thousand years old. Newest thing is a ring I bought myself a week ago to commemorate an important personal milestone.
Oldest thing where I live is my great grandmother's cast iron skillet. It's from the mid 1800s.
