I'm trying to decide if I should add an epilogue or a part two to the book I'm writing. It's at about 68,000 or so words without an epilogue or part two but I read that most books in this genre and age level are about 80,000 to 90,000 words.

I ended the main storyline with a good resolution and was very happy with it but I think i need more words. If I do an epilogue, I'll wrap everything up in a few pages, but if I did a part two, I would take the epilogue and 'act it out' with details and stuff idk how to explain it.

I've worked really hard on this book and I don't want to give up but I'm losing my motivation to write/work on it because of this indecision.

Help!

Be #notlikeotherbooks!! If you’re happy with how it is, then that’s great
