Reminds me of a dog that one of my regular customers at BK, (long ago) would come through the drive-thru. I always kept special treats for him in my pockets. And at Christmas I'd get him a big "cookie" bone. He would be so upset if I wasn't there. He even knew me when I saw them out and about. Loved that dog.

Gracie, is number 42’s sister. Totally different personality. Very vocal, talks constantly, always wants or needs something. When Sophie hears Gracie and me discussing what it is she wants, Sophie will come and sit quietly until we’re done negotiating, and then she gets whatever it is, too. Without saying a word.

Actually, Sophie is the gentlest, quietest cat I have ever had. She’d be horrified to know that I suggested maybe she yelled. She talks to me only when absolutely necessary and with a sweet, precious chirp that tugs my heart strings every time. It’s like she doesn’t want to bother me but would really like a treat or a head scratch. I can deny her nothing. Number 44, Sweet Dreams, is her as a 3 month old kitten.
