Most politicians can't have a civil conversation. And on bored panda, more right-wing opinions get down voted. Let's have civil discussions and debates with no name-calling.

I think, 110% that it should be up to the woman to choose whether it is a moral or not, if its such a widely discussed topic. Also, I have to say that men should stay 280% out of it. Just zero debates of it, they have no idea what that can feel like, and what it is like to be a woman, so men should just not act like they understand more than the inhabitant of the very body enduring the pregnancy.

I'm a man, so I don't think I should be involved at all, but I'm gay, so I do get to talk about adoptions. Speaking of which...
People make the adoption centers so royally screwed up, so that no parent can in good conscious put their child in it. And that lack of options causes so much stress on women. They should have as many choices as possible, as they are the vessel to what has the potential to be a living being. They should have the option to carry the baby, and have it if they feel like it. It should be placed entirely and unanimously on the woman who is pregnant.

But like I said, I am a man, and I really don't have the right to speak on these things, I just want to knock Matt C off his little high chair.

For context, Matt cyberbullied two of my best friends, with homophobic and transphobic nonsense on this very website. So I want to not just sit around as he (Attempts to) wreck emotional havoc.

It's my body. If there is something I don't want inside of my body, then I will do WHATEVER it takes to get rid of it.

I am responsible. I plan on getting my tubes tied very soon, but until then, I'm relying on birth control and condoms. I'm trying to have less sex until my appointment because I'm scared of the condom breaking or my bc failing because who knew? That happens.

And if either of those things did happen, guess who'd be getting an abortion? ME!!🤗

As a woman, who is educated, I would like to point out, that is not her body. That is a baby with it's own DNA, it is inside of her body. From the moment of conception when the sperm and the egg join together creating an individual with their own DNA. Because as you know, when the sperm and the egg combine, it creates new unique DNA, the DNA of the mother and father. I do not believe in "Carry the baby to bury the baby" or "10-year-old girl will die and so will the baby if she gives birth" that is ridiculous. I understand the American Foster Care system sucks. I was bounced around 18 times. But there are so many alternatives. It's not about controlling women's bodies. It's about protecting the baby. Did you know fetuses can feel pain at around 13 weeks? And before you "We put them to sleep BEFORE we cut them apart and vacuum them out" They use noxious chemicals that hurt the baby. It's proven that some babies even pull away from the noxious chemicals at as little as 12 weeks. People say it's not a real baby, so it's not real pain, but fail to realize they feel pain the same as you. And for that reason, I feel as if it is wrong.

It is 100,000% about controlling women’s bodies. Otherwise they’d actually try to help the mother and baby after birth.

If it has a heartbeat it’s a human like you. What if your mom didn’t want children? Did she kill you? Would you have liked to never get a chance to try at life? Put yourself into the baby’s mind.

I just dont understand why abortion is legal (in some places) when no other form of murder is. Also, if people would just be a little more responsible for themselves, they wouldnt have to worry wether or not murdering their baby is legal. Last but not least, cases of rape and incest only account for about 1% of abortions. They are not a valid arguement.

What about "The condom broke" "My birth control failed" "He lied about wearing a condom". Are those valid arguments?
