I have the same problem. I am not really sure how to fix it. Lots of people say to think of the worst case scenario, but this always makes it worse for me, so don't do that.

I would probably write a note telling them. This way you can go over the words more. Also it is less stressful than talking. Tell the whole story, but don't make it very long, and make sure to make it very clear what you would like to identify as, so your parents can call you what you would like. Your parebt will probably be supportive, but even if they aren't, remember that there are always people who support you no matter what!

Ok this might be random, but I need solving within a little quarrel that I’ve had with my brother. So, let’s say you’re talking so someone about a movie that you’ve already seen, but they haven’t seen it all the way through. Is it ever a good idea to start off the sentence with “Have you gotten to the part where-“? Because I think it’s rude no matter what, and he thinks it’s something I made up. Ik its stupid lol I just wanna know other peoples opinions.

You shouldn't ask like have you got tot the part where whatever happened cause it will probably spoil the movie. You could ask where are you at in the movie, what characters do you know, what major events have happened?

At my school there is this girl who is slightly annoying,overweight and stuck up. Everyone bullies her about these things and every time i have been nice to her she just ends up getting me annoyed. I don't know for sure if she knows is getting bullied cause people do it behind her back. All my friends feel the same way as me. She is newish cause she came a term later than everybody else and people were nice to her at first but that has worn off now.She also doesn't seem to have any friends cause she is usually on her own at breaks. I want to be friends with her but i don't know if i can. I might make things worse for her and me.

You could include her I'm whatever games you and yr friends play, or team up with her on group projects. You don't have to be best friends with someone, to make their day better
