Well, my wife made me take it our of the cupboard, so you wouldn't find it there anymore (it's under the bed now), but I have a 'collection of things removed from my body'.
It includes, but not limited to:
A piece of glass.
A chunk of tarmac.
Part of a tooth (not mine).
A Kidney stone
A small metal rod

Ahhh what are you doing in my house!?!
Jk

Probably random ticket stubs & stuff I've saved from places I've been. (I also use old metro tickets as bookmarks, specifically ones from when I went to London three or four years ago. Just a weird fun fact :))

a lot of old knives...probably a child, crappy drawings, a mannequin head with real human hair, blood stained sheet, a dead dogs hair.

Teeth, which apparently isn't that uncommon, based on all the answers that mention them.

Cricket flour. Yes, flour made from actual crickets. Don't ask me why, my partner brought it home a few years ago.

9 bottles of extra virgin olive oil
5 bottles of vinegar
3 huge bags of salt
And a shít-ton of hotdog sausages in jars

Granted, it's not that weird, but it's the quantity that makes it strange

If you even notice, the fact that I have all of my spices, can goods and boxed goods in alphabetical order. Canned fruit is grouped together in alphabetical order. Same with Vegas, soups, etc... IT'S PERFECTLY ORGANIZED. You never have to worry about things falling on you when you open the cupboard doors, like miscellaneous lids to miscellaneous containers. And if you're looking for something, all you have to do is open the cupboard door. Viola! Cereal in alphabetical order. As long as you know your ABC's, you'll be able to locate anything in my kitchen!

When we moved to our house we found on the back of the top shelf in the closet an embryo in a jar. The previous owner was a gynecologist.
