Hey Pandas I Know This Isn’t The Perfect Site For This But I Just Need Some Help
You’re all amazing, beautiful people and I’m happy to be a part of this community, it’s the only form of “social media” I can have due to strict parents. I just need a little bit of advice. This is my only anonymous, public resource. I’ve been feeling a bit broken lately and some things are getting to my head. Does anyone have advice on how to deal with mild depression that doesn’t involve a therapist, and how to feel more comfortable in my own skin? I’m not sure if many people (if any at all) will see this, but I appreciate any feedback you may have. I just need a little bit of encouragement and advice

I don't have much knowledge to help you, but I figured I would advise you to listen to some music, it's what helps me feel better sometimes. It may not work for you, but just a suggestion. I wish you the best.
I would say distancing from labels, and boxes is good for mental health and you will just fell much happier after doing so.
