It can be something you do when you have a crush on someone.

This is a tough one since I tend to be completely clueless to this kind of thing.

For instance, when I was working in a call center I was in tech support while a girl I liked was in billing. I would check to see if any of our breaks coincided so I could hang out with her and if they didn't, I would rearrange my schedule so that they did (sure, this would be considered "stalking" if you want to be legal about it), but I never knew if she liked me back...

That is until one evening, my ride home got in an accident and I had to wait for my roommate to get off work to go home, so lo and behold I encountered my crush taking her lunch break when she offered to give me a ride home. After introducing her to my ferrets, she was ready to leave and I decided to bite the bullet and ask her out. She said yes and I, of course being the clueless person that I am was overjoyed. We had a nice date, and this led to a couple of more successful dates and three months later we were married...

They move heaven and earth to be there with you even doing things/ offering to be apart of things that they should have no interest in. They treat you with kindness and respect. They are quick to reply to messages and take a genuine interest in how you are. They may tease you lightly but if you seem taken aback or upset they genuinely quickly feel remorseful and worry that they messed up the relationship.

Sometimes this is true, but not always! I am a people watcher, and if I find someone interesting I will constantly look at them. Although, if someone likes you and stares at you, you can see it in their eyes

In my experience it’s the people that you don’t normally spend time with you but act like you’ve known them their whole life. They are comfortable and blush when make eye contact. I’ve always hated the butterflies analogy but you can tell when someone is nervous but at ease when with you. Also, staring across the room randomly multiple times in a short period of time is a good sign. Another I’ve noticed is when they remember the little things. Like details you’ve only mentioned once in front of them.

When I like someone I pay attention to them. Making sure I put down my phone. Another one I do is talk about things that interest them. It’s not fair to only talk about things you enjoy but rather what they are passionate about. Also offering to help carry stuff or help with homework is a subtle thing to do.

I’m weird so this definitely doesn’t apply to most people but here’s some of the things I do :
• laugh
• trip
• stammer (worse than normal lol)
• this one is definitely not done a lot, but I kind of get nervous every time his shoulder lowkey brushes mine or smth like that it gets me nervous lol
That’s it :)
