But the characters and situations felt very believable, and in some cases relatable. It was a great example of the healing power of storytelling. You could tell it started as a play - so well written! At first, I couldn't understand why he was so passive, allowing her to cross so many boundaries. But then they showed the abuse he had suffered previously, so it made sense. This series fired people up and may have raised awareness about men being stalked and sexually assaulted. But no good deed goes unpunished. Because it's based on a true story, a bunch of nitwits tried to figure out who the stalker is in real life. Once they thought they'd found her (I don't know if it was really her even), they STALKED HER. Jeez people.
