Only the first 50 years of my life. I just went with the flow. Never had an answer for where do you see yourself in 5 years. Set your goals higher than - I don't ever want to be hungry or homeless - . I waitressed for a month and hated it, I wanted better. So I realized office people don't work weekends and have A/C and heat. Office people squeak when they walk they're so tight. I found working in green houses very peaceful. Everyone does at some point and then change happens.
This has been my whole life. I hate the question "Where do you see yourself in ____?" I don't think I've ever taken that question seriously. There's so much that can happen to derail and change your plans. So, I learned early on not to plan, but go with the flow and change what I can. When I see people stressing and freaking out over their high expectations and trying to meet their goals it drains me. As long as I'm content, able to support myself I'm good. Where I'm headed is anyone's guess.
