Approach in quiet area with them alone (not too private, in library or cafe with them sitting alone) that way they are not "putting on a front" for the bro's.

By loud I mean like verbally loud of course but also just very energetic and rambunctious sometimes...I'm a little like this and it seems to scare guys away?? would it be more attractive if I was quieter?? idk... Not really sure how to word this one lol

Depends on the guy. A quiet guy could be intimidated, or just as easily repelled because it's so different than him. Energetic and rambunctious can be really attractive, but it depends on what you say. Do you like loud guys? It's probably more important what they actually say, right?

In general, yes, it matters, but the details vary. Different people are pretty in different ways. For example, I know I have a weakness for dark, wavy hair, but have no clue why. Maybe because I have light, curly hair. That said, I've seen some amazingly attractive blondes, so it's not very important. Clothes and hair matter to some extent, but a girl's attitude is a major, major factor. The first thing I notice, other than approximate age is her facial expression. Does she look fun to be around? Does she looked stressed or angry? Then I listen. Is she selfish, cruel, or demeaning? Is she intelligent?

There is no average man. I imagine most guys think a women without kids is far more available for fun, and I'm not talking only about sex. If a guy wants to take you to parties or some sports game or whatever, then non-moms are preferable. If a guy wants a meaningful relationship, then a woman with kids is probably more grown up, has clear priorities, and therefore easier to understand and appreciate. But if the kids are too wild or actnasty, that's not a good sign.

I learned details in 4th grade, so I was 9 or 10. The teachers sent all the girls to the gym for a presentation, then later it was the boys turn. There were separate videos for the girls and boys, but my school showed both videos to everyone, to show there were no secrets. They didn't go into a lot of detail, but said enough for us to know there's blood for several days, and crucially, _why_ there is blood, so that it made sense.

So I have a hypothesis I wanna check. I have low self-esteem but one thing I don't struggle with is my appearance, I like my face and believe I'm pretty. But I've never been asked out before or anything. (I'm nearing the end of high school.) My guess is that it's cuz I'm SUPER shy, I don't do extracurricular stuff, and sleep is more important to me than makeup or doing my hair nicely. Does that make sense, like am I close with that guess or?

I have a legit question... Why do guys cheat? Like if you're in a relationship and you're not happy why not just leave? Why cheat and lie? And bonus question, when you're caught why lie more? Wouldn't you want the respect of being able to walk way knowing you at least told the truth? I just can't wrap my head around that. If you're not happy for whatever reason...leave. Simple. *disclaimer* I know that not EVERY man cheats. I know not EVERY man lies. I'm just asking. also, not a man hater. I love my fiance very much and no he hasn't cheated, my two exes did and since they'll never give me a straight answer, I decided to answer here.

You didn't provide enough information, so I have no idea what age group you are in, what your personality is like, or what horrible things they do. I'll assume you are somewhere in the range of 13-16, probably the hardest years. As a first guess, I imagine they perceive you as 'different' and have no idea what to make of it. Kids that age are trying to convince themselves they are more grown-up than they really are, and one way to do that is to try to fit in to a group. If they fit in, they feel safer from ridicule. It's not until later that most people realize they don't have to fit into groups. The best advice I can give is to find something you are good at, so that others can be impressed. For example, can you play a guitar? Can you make really good paintings? That short-circuits the 'group' mentality.

I know this one, although I'm not sure I should share because it breaks my heart every time I think about it. Men are by and large not raised to be emotionally supported and often even actively encouraged to tamp down their emotions under penalty of being found weak and rejected by their peers. The punching is as close as some can get to friends willing to hug them. Some men I know have literally never had a friend they can talk to they way they speak with me. Two of them call their fathers 'sir' and have immense difficulty coming to grips with or even understanding the emotional range of their partner. Their partners see their men as stoic and terse, but that is only the wall around them. On the one hand I long to show them the light inside their partner, on the other it's not my place and I feel awful that I'm even considering meddling.

ARE there guys who don't care about a woman's personality? And I don't mean this as an insult, but I swear I've seen relationships like that in real life a million times and would like it explained: If a woman is good-looking and sexy, I've seen perfectly sane and reasonable men ignore the fact that she's a greedy and a user, or a psychobitch, or delusional or paranoid, destroyer of worlds, etc. Can anyone explain what is going on in the mind of a man who's in a relationship with someone who is completely incapable of making him happy... except in one way?
