If it is for your mentality I suggest you move in with your dad on a short term basis. This will give you and you mum that break that maybe you both need. As for your boyfriend and friends you can always stay in touch by phone, social media..... This will have your mum asking questions about this move and when you tell her it might make her realize how serious this is.

I'm so sorry to hear you are in that situation. Because you do not wish to move in with your dad, I would personally suggest doing what you can to improve things with your mother. Counselling might be an option? I mean like counselling for you and your mother together. That may improve how she treats you or maybe even unearth any deep- set issues she has which make her that way.
Other than that, I can only really suggest doing all you can for your mentality. There are several metal- health support sites that I know of that may be helpful (I'm British so I don't know if you would have the same option as I do but if you want I can post some links). They (the people who help on the websites) may also be able to offer you better advice on what to do about your current situation.
I'm sorry I cannot offer better advise.
I wish you all the best.

You could start telling your mom how you feel and if she isn't nice about it then get help from your dad or a teacher.
