My older brother lives in Texas, I live in Colorado. He ruined our family and is an awful person, but I want to see him again and just hug him, even if he is manipulating me. :(

I'm a very queerplatonic person and I have three people who I have very strong platonic relationships with. Two of them I know irl and we cuddle all the time and it's great, the last one I will hopefully know irl pretty soon

My "dad" (a friend of mine who "adopted")! I've known him online for almost a year now, and he's the person who I tell literally everything. I'm so happy I met him, and the rest of my online family. We're going to try to do a big meet up once he graduates high school, and once my "brother"'s parents let him leave the state.

@DragonLish I understand your love for your brother, but maybe you also need to work on distancing yourself for your own health. Sometimes love looks like letting go.

When I was 17-18 I had a close friend who was a few years younger than me. When I moved away we didn't keep in touch as well as we should have. This fall I got to finally visit her and during a conversation her age came up. She's 13!
I couldn't believe it. We have a 7 year age gap and I thought it was more like 4 or 5 at the most.
Needless to say she's mature for her age, haha.

The age gap confusion is so understandable, I keep forgetting my cousins are 9, and it's always so shocking when I remember.

My relationship with my boyfriend is great, we talk all the time about anything that’s on our minds.

I have a wife! I'm not quite old enough to get married, but we have 147 children together, stemming from my other wife and her other wife. I have two wives and a wife in law? It's interesting

I'm assuming this is a non-biological family thing (like an online family or a friend group adopting each other), so correct me if I'm wrong, but that's amazing! My "mom" has three spouses and around sixty kids in total, and she can barely keep track of them all, so props to you!

I actually got in a QPR really recently! We're in different timezones, so conversations can be difficult, but we're figuring it out! They're a really sweet person and a great friend :)

Congrats! If you're both okay with this style of communication, leaving messages for the other to read when they wake up/reply to is one of the ways me and my friends in different timezones talk, unless one of us can stay up late.

I have this weird like romance thing going on. The two of us like each other but neither of us want to date whatsoever at the moment. It's a pretty interesting relationship....

I think I’m entering into a plantonic friendship with one of my friends. They always send me red/pink heart emojis and say “I love you” and “I appreciate being your friend” to me.
