The absolute best meal i've ever eaten was my grandfather's fresh chocolate chip waffles. Absolutely INCREDIBLE, they're perfectly fluffy. He's never used a box mix in his life and he always uses the same, 20 year old waffle iron. He truly makes some killer waffles, even in his 70s! :D

My ma's salmon, she marinates it in lemon, lime and a bunch of spices and bakes it until the skins nice and crispy. Put a side of rice, and Brussel sprouts, that are covered in butter, parmesan, and lemon pepper and salt, and you have a happy Alexis

This is easy…. Burgers, hotdogs, and creek taters hot of the grill with fresh tomato, peppers and green onions straight from the garden.
Nothing beats that combo of barbecue sauce, mayo and tomato juice oozing off a cheeseburger and all over the place while your sitting in the yard drinking a beer.

My dad’s trenette al pesto. I swear, he’s so good at making it. I would eat it all day, every day!
