The symbol looks like the McD Golden Arches, stylized, rotated 90 degrees, and then mirror-imaged! I like logos that have multiple interpretations. Not sure if that was your intention but this is cool regardless!

It's a stylized burger. The Enrians (who created Galactiburger) aren't the best at drawing, due to the fact that they had to race to walk on land before the oceans evaporated.
