First of all, evaluate if they might react negatively. Do you have any reason to suspect that they might? If you have some reason to believe that they do, I suggest holding it out for a bit, as I see you're in a very vulnerable position as a child.
If you don't believe that they'll react negatively, then you should just set up a meeting with them and tell them.
Just my two cents.

Good advice. Do not put yourself in the position where you might end up homeless or physically injured. Plan a safe exit strategy: save some money and have a safe place to go to if at all possible. Depending on which country you're in get in touch with an organisation that can help you if need be - the Trevor project or Stonewall. I really hope this advice isn't needed and they tell you they love you and will support you. X

Be open to their reaction not being perfect.
It's very likely they will be overwhelmed, surprised ... and may time some time to adjust.

i know this sucks. but being prepared for it can make it easier.

(but if course you should never accept horrible reactions. being overwhelmed is no excuse for being an a**hole)

Speaking as someone who recently came out I would first think about the worst thing that could happen. Then make a plan of what to do if that happend. Then I would watch them. If they say anything homophobic or supportive I would take note of That. Then try coming out to friends that you know would accept u and not tell anyone. After if you feel comfortable you can try coming out to your parents.
