Hi! I'm Sardonyx! I created this post because I myself am neurodivergent. I have ADHD and Misophonia.

Some days are really, really hard. I want to collaborate with other Pandas to sort-of make a safe list: a list of things that help me and other neurodiverse pandas!

Whether it's dealing with triggers or focusing on one thing, add it! I'll be happy to know that others have seen this post! 😀

I know when I need to study or do homework, I get some candy (like jelly beans) and I tell myself “for every math problem you do you can eat 1 jelly bean” and it actually works pretty well most of the time. Hope this helps!
