The answer was Ireland for that one! Edit. Comments from others seem to have the same problem. I selected Ireland and it said it was correct, so either it was glitching or they've changed/fixed it.

I guessed Ireland for that and got it right, 21/21. That said, I definitely have seen people wearing kilts in Scotland. Usually in tourist areas though

People are just people everywhere, but when it comes to tourists who've been to other places, or no other places, they can only compare Canada to what they know. People do generally think Canadians are friendly, by comparison. There are places in other parts where the people are more accommodating than Canadians. Then there are places where you can't ask for directions or say hello to someone without pissing off the locals. I've been to Manchester. I can only speak of that one area in UK when I say Winnipeg is more friendlier and safer. I've dealt with rude people in those areas. I didn't get a sense of cultural contrast until I had taste of Germany for a connection flight. Not bad people. Not unfriendly. But I, and another traveller were told to calm down when trying to locate the gate change. In Canada, we're more sympathetic and encouraging. Although, someone may still tell you to "calm down", we'll also reassure you that everything is fine.

The chocolate in Belgium is great and waffles you have to eat in a Waffle House, a Brussels waffle is delicious. Try also speculoos (biscoff cookies) from the bakery.
