I just came here to point out that there are no "real" words and "made-up" words. All words are made-up and if you like a term, you are free to use it and no one can stop you. Actually, I do encourage you to use made-up words frequently. What do you think Shakespeare did? (Also how do you lose a sock in a dryer in a good way??)
There are, however, official and unofficial words. That's the only way anyone can understand meaning, you flarmigeddining winglebloppiz! Now, did I insult you, or was that a complement? You don't know, because those words have no meaning to you.

"Widdershins" does not mean "to go counter-clockwise". It means "counter-clockwise". The former would be a verb; the latter an adverb.
I really enjoy that these images of text are cut off on the left and right sides to make it impossible to actually read the entire question.
I got 18/19 and I'm a native Portuguese speaker. I guess I've been in this country a long time though
It is, just not one that was given as an option in the quiz. https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=grimblo
Load More Replies...If you write "pumplebuffle" then that IS a real word because right there is the word PUMPLEBUFFLE on the page. What's missing is a definition attached to the word.
It's whether it's in the dictionary or not.
