Are you afraid of yellow?

#1

I fear the depth of large masses of water. It's so overwhelming, especially when you're swimming in it. But that's pretty common.
I fear a world war will start any day now. Now that's not normal, but we live in uncertain times, am I right?

I definitely understand- With everything that is going on, sometimes I am afraid that some sort of world war will start!

I have a really stupid phobia of cockroaches. I've had it for a long time, but a few weeks ago it got triggered, and I realized how bad the phobia is.

I'm afraid that life as I know it is a simulation or someone else's dream and that the simulation will end or the person will wake up and the entire universe will disappear without a trace.

It makes sense. Random question that kind of relates, does that mean you are scared of bowling balls?

I have a bit of a phobia of bees and wasps, which by itself seems rather normal, but this fear traces back to a single dream I had as a little kid.

I have anxiety and it has gotten progressively better, but its because I am absolutely terrified of not falling asleep fast enough. It started last summer when there was a potluck/party the next day and I needed some sleep. I just kept tossing and turning and I started getting scared because I would be tired the next day if I didn't fall asleep. This went on til 3 AM. It got to the point where I was sobbing into my pillow because I was so f*****g scared of something so minor but it seemed so important. Its still the worst feeling I have ever felt and the worst night of my life. I can't even explain it. Now I have a severe phobia of not falling asleep fast enough not because I'll be tired, but because I'm afraid of having another 'episode'. This has happened about five times total. I googled it, and its called 'insomniphobia'.

Whenever I hear, see, or someone even MENTIONS something gut/blood/gore related, I feel that thing they're describing. Like, someone gets stabbed in their gut in a movie? My gut gets flipped inside out.
Weirdly, periods don't bother me, even though they're blood.

enclosed spaces that's just too large and empty, like ones with big windows and no doors. it's related to my scopophobia (fear of being seen / stared at)
