The modern wanderer tiny home built was with lighter materials and is more easily towed than the average tiny home, trailer is rated for 14000lbs. Fold down porch and a bedroom on the main floor makes this home an accessible and ready-to-go package. Insulated as well as any traditional home with spray-foam insulation. Perfect for cooler winters and hot summers. This efficient and beautiful home was built in 2018 and has barely been lived in (approximately 8 months total). A move to another country has changed our tiny home plans, so our loss is your gain. Built on a 22′ x 8.5′ trailer 175-sqft (excluding loft) 6 large windows & a full-light door bring in tons of natural light into the home.
