In some cases people seem to judge too quickly. I knew a lady who could only walk one dog at a time due to recent surgery, so she left the other dog in her car with water just long enough to take his brother to use the bathroom. She got ticketed in less than 5 minutes. In this scenario though, it looks like the pup was in there long enough for a crowd to gather though, so I'm willing to bet that this man's actions were indeed called for.

This one doesn't deserve to be in the list. They raise rabbits for meat and this litter was left outside in freezing temperatures that caused the death of the other litter mates. This little guy had a spinal injury and was put in this "wheelchair" with no regard given to the type of injury it had. They showed photos of them bathing the little bunny when baths can be fatal to rabbit without doing research. The little bunny ended up dying but not before they could fully exploit it for profit.
