I've made the same mistake plenty of times. Those come from Aldi, and the hamburger and hotdog buns have the exact same design on the wrapping and are the exact same size. If you're in a rush it can be quite easy to pick up the wrong thing.

I've done it. But the reason I did was because someone had put the hotdog buns back in the wrong place and I forgot to double check what I pulled off the shelf before putting it in the cart. My son rang up the transaction...so I didn't find out until I got home. It was ok though. Instead of having regular hamburgers, we had tube steaks.

Benefit of the doubt, I have grabbed the wrong package of something because the two were side by side.

Yeah I think she made this whole fiasco up for viral fame. The hot dog buns give her away. You’d have to be brain dead not to notice the difference. Anyways since when is a girl grilling some hamburger patties like this big accomplishment u need to post about?
