@MikeSwaim snakes do feel pain, I own a snake, when she accidently rubbed her head too hard against a chair and removed some of her scales, you can bet it hurt.

Snakes don't attack people. You might get a bite or two from the snake trying to defend itself. Boa bites really aren't that bad or dangerous at all.

I own a boa constrictor, they feel pain just like we do. It would be kind to put it out of it's misery. It would try to strike you, yes, but that would be because of the immense pain it was in at the time.

You are one of the most ignorant people I have come across yet. As Shelly said, they won't attack unless provoked, or in fear of its life. It isn't even poisonous. I mean, what should you do? Let it suffer?
