I Visited The Korogocho Slum And Captured Kids Playing Classical Music
Started in 2008, Ghetto Classics is a community programme that involves over 300 children in Korogocho – one of Kenya’s biggest slums that is home to about 300,000 urban poor.
Through music they provide the youth with opportunities to better for themselves and their community. I spent a couple of Sunday afternoons capturing these amazing souls in the moment. These portrait series focuses on these growing talents.
