People Are Having Mixed Feelings About Gal Gadot’s Montage Of 25 Celebrities Singing ‘Imagine’ While In Self-Isolation
Many of us are going through major changes in our day to day lives due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. Health organizations and governments all over the world are suggesting people self-isolate or at least keep social distancing. Therefore, it’s no surprise that people seek to keep connections and attempt to make the best of the situation while also uplifting the spirits of others.
Since no one gets a free pass with the virus, even celebrities are staying home behind closed doors and are trying to figure out the best ways to keep in touch with their audiences and also to spread some cheer along with meaningful, uplifting messages. Gal Gadot is amongst them with her latest Instagram post where she shared a montage of her and a bunch of her celebrity friends (among them Natalie Portman, Amy Adams, Mark Ruffalo, Jimmy Fallon, Sia, and many others) singing John Lennon’s “Imagine”.
Gal Gadot recently shared a video montage of her and 24 celebrity pals singing John Lennon’s famous song “Imagine”
Gadot shared that the last few days in self-isolation got her feeling a little bit philosophical, since this novel virus has affected the whole world. “Doesn’t matter who you are, where you are from, we’re all in this together,” she said. She came up with the idea for making this video montage of her and her celebrity friends singing “Imagine” by John Lennon after seeing a video of an Italian man playing this song on a trumpet in his balcony, for other quarantined people to hear and enjoy. “It was something so powerful and pure,” Gadot said.

Share on FacebookIt's a song about total equality, about giving up money and ego and living in sync with nature, love and freedom. Feel free to hate me but what a bunch of ultra privileged, extremely rich people know about how others live? Especially now. Locket up in their 500ft apartments, some going to work, some lost a job, wondering how to survive, some working their a** off to help others. When I see these rich and privileged people helping others I will be impressed. But this is just being a poser. It means nothing.
Yeah, it's disgusting. And so insanely cringe. Oh my god.

Because singing a song is definetely helping people more than donating a portion of your millions to people that are struggling or to fund some hospital.
