The tattoo is done over a skin grafting procedure which is why it looks like reptilian scales. I had a 3rd degree burn on my leg and was considering doing a tattoo over it. Now I know it can be done

, similar to the man made to look like a small man driving a robot human body, this one was also well executed with an amazing design(i forgot these were tatoos and thought it was real for f***s sake) but many people, including myself, would not get this tattoo, and think it is insane, though as i said, well done
