Many adorable pets would like you to believe that, just like Gizmo in the movie Gremlins, something terrible will happen if you bathe them. The truth is, most pets will go from cute to cuter when wet!

rabbits clean themselves, and do not need baths. it is very traumatic and dangerous to bathe rabbits!!!!

Funny how they don't mind getting all wet running around in the rain, or through puddles, or from melting snow.... but give them a bath and the look at you like you broke their little hearts, lol.

Despite the fact cats self groom, they in fact should have the occasional bath. People who have pedigreed cats bath them regularly, (that doesn't mean constantly). There are benefits to the cats to be bathed.

"I didn't feel I was a huge enough a*****e to bathe a cat (99.9% of them hate it and it's really unnecessary) so I took photos and posted them online to get likes. I'm a soul-less piece of s**t."

My cat sneaks into the shower and actually bites and scratches my feet if he isn't getting enough water on him.

Do all these little fellows really need a bath? I can understand it for the Persian cats, because it's the best way to get rid of shed hair, but the others? Cats are self-cleaning after all. As for the rabbits, guinea pigs, etc, giving them a bath is totally unnecessary and even cruel. Only hygiene-obsessed people with anthropomorphic tendancies will want to do that.
