my cat, adam. He is now ten. His left, rear thigh bone was shattered by a dog when he was young and it had to be surgically (3.5 hours!) repaired. Hence, he still gets little exercise and is always afforded special treatment. And he is a bit chubby. If this was him, I'd either move the food up to him or move him down to the food. I mean, he still walks with a limp so I feel sorry for him.
