I'd blame it on my kids. Is be too ashamed to admit l was that stupid. He'd have done better to sit it in a pan of rice, (uncooked rice, if he doesn't know that.)

Actually you can dry electronics in the oven: electrical oven, max 50ºC.

Laptop + coffee + oven = fixed computer. Seems legit.

Well how else does one dry out all those soggy crumbs of tortilla chips or those chocolate sprinkles that dropped off every donut eaten over the keyboard? Poor guy is still trying to get the plastic pans and the pepperoni that welded to the bottom of the oven because he didn't remove the two frozen pizzas before cooking.
